Given the self witnessing growth of the urban renaissance in Iraq at the level of the public and private sectors in the fields of construction, real estate investment, and the country’s infrastructure such as roads, water, sewage, and other service projects, and to keep pacing with engineering and construction developments around the globe, Sabaa Engineering Consultation was established in 2009 with the support of Iraqi engineers holding highest qualification & certificates with local and international experiences, to provide consulting and design services by following the latest practices with Local and International standard specifications to meet the requirements of the local people of Iraqi.
With the increase in size and complexity of construction projects, and to find innovative quality solutions to the technical and financial problems facing the projects, including the problems of delays, cost overrun, problems of managing the tender stage, problems of deviations from the contractual specifications or authorities’ requirements, in addition to many other problems, Sabaa was expanded in 2020 to include, for the first time in Iraq, a contemporary project management service, with the support of our Iraqi expertise that obtained engineering and construction project management qualification from prestigious international universities. Our project management service aims at having significant contribution to reduce the problems of losses that construction and engineering projects face in our market, whether on the technical, financial, or quality level.
